We are looking for a TBM Programme Support Engineer on behalf of and in support to our client for their location in Cadarache, France or Garching, Germany, to join their Test Blanket System Team. The selected candidate should show integrity and professionalism.

Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage).

The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:

  • Provide engineering support at Programme level for the organisation of R&D activities;
  • Support the deliverable review process;
  • Support the implementation of the documentation production plan for phase gate reviews.
  • Degree in nuclear/mechanical engineering;
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience;
  • Knowledge of, and experience in, experimental activities linked to engineering tasks;
  • Knowledge of, and experience in, engineering analysis;
  • MEng/MSc in nuclear engineering is an asset;
  • Experience working in the industry is an asset;
  • Knowledge of, and experience in, in systems engineering is an asset;
  • Knowledge of, and experience in, project management is an asset;
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment is an asset;
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU;
  • Good level of English, both written and spoken.
