Job Description

GDIT has an exciting opportunity for a Systems Analyst to support U.S> Army Europe in Wiesbaden, Germany.

As a member of our Enterprise Mission Information Technology Services contract the Systems Analyst is responsible for developing computer systems specifications that address business requirements and fit with company/customer system architecture standards as well as responding, tracking and following-up to telephone, email and team member requests for support

The GDIT technician will begin each workday with a review of all open requests and prioritize based on mission requirements and attend weekly meetings with Division’s XOs. They will provide weekly training of the "Tasker Tool" to Army Personnel, GDIT Team members will coordinate with staff at the earliest possible time to schedule all future action items. Scheduled outages, system preventative maintenance or any item that requires future coordination will be scheduled in accordance with DoDDS-E mission requirements to ensure disruption of educational activities.

The Systems Analyst e nters support requests in tracking system, triage request and coordinate with appropriate Tier 2 support personnel. The Analyst will also be responsible for providing support to end users on a variety of issues, assisting users with all system capabilities such as: office programs, scanning, printing, digital rights management, file recovery and documenting and track user account creation, termination requests, reset requests, etc

Qualifications
  • BA/BS, 2+ years experience
  • Secret Level Security Clearance
  • Ability to obtain TESA
  • Microsoft CRM experience
  • Experience with ’ tasker tool’ system
  • Prior experience with US Military or DOD personnel
