Ihre Aufgaben

• You follow-up of orders placed by our customer, communication with the suppliers and maintaining the system up to date.
• You solve the issues at items reception at our customers warehouse.
• You administrate the parts stock level.
• You manage the missing parts.
• You execute non-conformities follow up (From the NC creation until the NC closure).
• You participate in the production SQCDP meetings.
• You participate to the continuous improvement process.
• You create the KPI’s related to the supplier performance.
• You pilot the suppliers performance review meetings.
• You launch the correction actions to improve the suppliers performance.
  

Ihr Profil

• Completed university degree such as bachelor’s or master’s degree in Procurement Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering/Management, Purchasing, Logistics or related field.
• First experience in Supply Chain, Supply Chain Quality Logistic or Procurement preferably within the aeronautical industry.
• Good command of an ERP system in Material Management modules, preferably SAP.
• Good Excel & Google Sheet knowledge.
• Quality methods knowledge such as 8D, PPS.
• Good communication level.
• Fluent in English and German.
