We are currently seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer (m/f/d)focusing on Supplier Quality in conjunction with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) in France to join our global Supplier Quality Engineering team.

What You Will Do
In your new role you’ll act as the central interface between our international suppliers and Stryker. Your common goal is the continuous improvement of supplier quality. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our external partners meet expectations in terms of quality, service and costs. You will work with internal customers and suppliers in support of supplier quality issues.
Your Key Responsibilities
- In cooperation with our global Supplier Quality Network, you will be involved in our development and production processes as the central interface between our international suppliers and Stryker, ensuring that our external supply chain can meet expectations for quality, service and cost efficiency.
- You cooperate with internal and external partners at home and abroad to jointly analyze and solve product quality problems and thus guarantee safe and efficient products for our patients.
- Concluding quality assurance agreements with suppliers, controlling supplier evaluations, cause and risk analyses and managing supplier release round off your diverse range of tasks.
- Supplier development could offer you many perspectives - whether in the area of compliance, audits or as a project partner in the development of new development projects - the possibilities are manifold both within and outside the organization and depend on your wishes and talents.
You are a perfect fit for our team if:
- You have successfully completed an engineering degree and have gained first professional experience in a regulated production environment – ideally you have Supplier Quality experience, preferably auditing experience.
- You are familiar with Good Manufacturing Practice and confident in the application of common quality methods such as FMEA, Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen.
- Ideally, you have a Lead Auditor Quality Qualification either in ISO 9001, ISO13485, CFR820 or comparable industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- You enjoy working with many interfaces, communicating and finding creative solutions to various challenges in interdisciplinary teams both internally and externally.
- You have an analytical, customer- and solution-oriented personality and are fluent in written and oral English + French.
