Your future role

  • You are a generalist and love a diverse range of tasks
  • Work closely with our customers to understand their needs, extract requirements and present solutions
  • You analyze and understand our customers’ health data to customize and optimize our data analytics tools to meet their needs
  • You will provide with deployment, maintenance and support of our European analytics platform infrastructure using the latest technologies such as Kubernetes and Kibana
  • You will work closely with our development team in Singapore to help plan, evaluate, and develop new functionality
  • You’ll help shape our data analytics landscape by contributing new ideas for features and technology usage
What you need to succeed

  • You have at least 2-5 years of experience working in the IT Industry. Your background could be Software Engineering, Project or Product Management, Pre-sales, Customer Success or Consulting
  • You have excellent communication/presentation skills and the ability to accurately identify the needs of our customers
  • You are able to prioritize efficiently and enjoy taking responsibility, putting customer satisfaction first. You are able to oversee complex organizational processes and manage them in a goal-oriented manner
  • You have hands-on experience with data analytics technologies and are proficient in at least one programming language to participate in discussions with the tech team and effectively communicate customer requirements
  • Ideally you have knowledge of various technologies like:
  • Kubernetes and related tools
  • Common monitoring and/or logging tools (e.g.: Kibana)
  • Databases e.g. SAP HANA, Postgres
  • ETL Tooling like Apache Nifi to define, maintain and debug dataflows
  • You have fluent German language skills, and a good understanding of the English language
  • Ideally you have some knowledge of medical standards and coding systems
