Our subsidiary DHP Logistics is a forwarding company based in Frankfurt, Germany. We offer a complete supply chain solution as per the demands of our customers. We specialize in providing our customers with air, land & sea freights as well as inland transport services.

As a logistics service provider, we see ourselves as a value-added partner for our customers. That is why we analyze highly complex logistic processes along your supply chain and optimize them with tailor-made solutions for procurement, production and distribution. Both our experience and expertise is complimented by our vast resource, eliminating excess cost and time.

To pursue our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for a Sr. Business Development Manager (m/f/d). In this position, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers that will take DHP Logistics to the next level. A minimum of 10 years of logistics experience and a high level of enthusiasm for sales are required for this position.

Tasks

As a Sr. Business Development Manager focused on acquiring new customers, you will be working at the centre of our company as a Global Integrator of Air & Sea Logistics: you will be the one that is going to sell all our unparalleled end-to-end solutions to potential new customers, as such supporting our company’s Growth agenda. Together with a team of specialists and Partners, your main activities will include:
  • Development of business with key potential clients
  • Pre & Post Sale Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Professionals who enjoy complex logistics challenges along with a passion for end to end
integrated logistics
  • 10 years in a sales role, within the global logistics industry with a focus on end to end
logistics solutions
  • A good understanding of logistics and forwarding products, solutions and pricing
  • Proven track record of targeting and winning large opportunities through both personal
selling efforts
  • Fluent in English
  • Arabic as native language
  • Strong ability to & consult with senior management and “C” level decision makers
  • Proven track record in building strong relationships with potential new customers
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and performance driven
