RESPONSIBILITIES
As Solution Architect (m/f/d) you shape the future functionality of our arculee product portfolio – you will review customer requirements in future projects and manage the transfer into product requirements and specification.
Your precise requirements analysis is boosting an efficient product development that is tailored to the market needs and enables high business value. With your holistic view on the product you are connecting the dots between sales and development.
    Represent product portfolio and its specifications towards stakeholders (customers and commercial).
    Support feasibility checks of customer requests (RFQs) and represent from a product perspective the "bid or no-bid process".
    Investigate reusable assets and differentiate from custom change requests.
    Own the requirements engineering process for customer requirements and product requirements.
    Enable baselining and traceability of the requirements engineering tool chain.
    Compile market input into the product roadmap and thus into the goal setting for our agile development process.
    Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap together with your peers from the product management team.
    Observe competitors and perform technology scouting to become an expert in the AMR (autonomous mobile robot) market.
QUALIFICATIONS
    Comfortable with technical terminologies and working with agile engineering teams.
    3+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Requirements Engineer, Product Manager, or Developer in the tech industry
    Experience with requirements engineering.
    Entrepreneurial and creative mindset.
    Excellent problem-solving ability.
    Sound UX experience.
    Hardware/Software Co-Design background is a plus.
    Fluent in German and English , written and spoken
