Service Delivery Lead
Germany
60,000 per annum and 10% bonus

Service Delivery Lead to join a global integrated IT solutions provider partnered with enterprise organisations across 128 countries.

This role will see you being the face of the business for Germany, managing operations within the region relating to service delivery.

The ideal candidate would come from a background in IT support paired with client management experience.

Some of what you will be doing:
  • Managing operations across the region including profit and revenue targets.
  • Maintaining SLAs on high-level projects.
  • Overseeing the performance of the delivery and service desk team.
  • Measuring delivery against client expectations.
  • Publishing governance reports for stakeholders to highlight potential risks.
  • Leading the service delivery team to maintain customer satisfaction rates.
  • Building service reports addressing possible delays or escalations.
  • Implementing processes to speed up delivery timelines.
  • Building relationships with key clients to grow accounts.

Ideally, your skills and experience will include:
  • Fluent or Native German.
  • 4+ years of Service Delivery in the Tech Industry.
  • Knowledge of networking technologies.
  • Experience leading small teams.
  • Experience managing clients/stakeholders.
  • Background in IT Support.

It would be great if you also had:
  • Bachelor’s or Masters’s Degree in Business, Management, or Equivalent.
  • Experience implementing servers from IBM, EMC, HP or Dell.
  • CCNA or CCNP Certification.
