As part of our Community Management Team, you are our tech freelancers’ main contact person and help us to grow the community even further.

YOUR MISSION

  • Have a close relationship with the freelancers in your specific area and
  • Recruit new tech talents for our community and generate inbound applications
  • Be responsible for conducting freelancer interviews to understand their personal, professional, and technical background and preferences
  • Onboard new freelancers and manage and improve the process
  • Follow up on your talent pool of about 300 freelancers, manage feedback and performance
  • Manage the Talent Community by suggesting events and partnerships fitting to the needs of our Tech Talents in the community
  • Take over responsibility for a small team
YOUR SKILL SET

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, Talent Management, Recruitment in the IT or Tech Industry in the European market
  • Experience in Talent Management and Onboarding
  • Experience in Employer Branding or Engagement Activities (e.g. referral programs, social media recruiting)
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus
