Senior Software Engineer - Golang
Remote – Spain or Germany
90-105k + Excellent Benefits

Through the use of innovative technology, our international media and publishing client continues to expand their network. To scale up, they now have an immediate and exciting opening for a Senior Software Engineer to be based in Berlin.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:

  • Work as part of a cross-functional and highly skilled team using agile software development methodology
  • Design, develop and implement new product features
  • Create event-based microservices in Go, deployed on Kubernetes
  • Focus on availability and scalability
  • Work on all levels of the platform
  • Implement features like load/performance testing, and monitoring
  • Introduce best practices for infrastructure and software security
Skills, Traits & Requirements:
  • Fluency with Go and Python (Microservices)
  • Experience building highly scalable architecture
  • GCP or AWS
  • Kubernetes
  • Testable and maintainable code
  • Scalable and high-availability services
  • Git and Linux
  • Core computer science and algorithms knowledge
  • Team player
The successful Senior Software Engineer can expect:
