Apply now!What You’ll DoAs a (Senior) Serverless Infrastructure & Application (SIA) Engineer (m/f/d), you will contribute to the entire cycle of product development – from the first ideas and brainstorming sessions to continuously delivering improvements based on the customer requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the serverless infrastructure and applications supporting our business process management and workflow automation solutions. Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Collaborate with the team in designing and developing high-quality end-to-end product increments by solving technical and business challenges
• Contribute to the extraction or inception of new microservices
• Provide technical expertise, mentorship, and support to peers
• Effectively leverage DevOps practices and tools and follow and apply Agile principles and values

What You Bring

• 5+ years of work experience in an agile software development team working with software system design and basics of architecture
• In-depth knowledge of object-oriented programming – especially in Node.js and Typescript / Java
• Hands-on experience with Postgres or MySQL database
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and workflows as well as Cloud Platforms, e.g., AWS
• You are experienced in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tool (preferably with CircleCI) and passionate about clean code principles
• Experience in safely and efficiently refactoring larger pieces of code; You enjoy pair programming or are curious to try it out
