Tasks

ACCURE’s cloud-native platform is built to scale, and we are ready to take on the world. As Senior Sales Manager, you drive our commercial growth in Europe:
  • Manage the entire sales cycle including lead generation, deal closing, and account management
  • Forecast and monitor sales pipelines to ensure revenue targets are met
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute sales campaigns
  • Contribute leadership, coaching, and skill sharing within the team
  • Attend industry and networking events, be an ambassador for ACCURE Battery Intelligence and cultivate relationships with potential partners
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in an Enterprise Sales and/or Business Development related role, ideally in a tech company or startup
  • Advanced understanding of battery systems and/or e-mobility
  • Excellent communication skills, and confidence in negotiations
  • Professional in German and English
