As a part of the Team “R&D Planning and Project Management Office” you are globally responsible for further development, governance, implementation, and application of project, program, and portfolio management standards.

Responsibilities
  • Drive and lead new PMO initiatives and projects like global customer requirements management process or roll out of project management standards within R&D and across other areas like sales, supply chain or business segment China
  • Single project management and project portfolio management processes implementation and optimization through close collaboration with stakeholder on different levels and functions
  • Verify, consolidate, and follow up on new project requests, roadmaps as well as running project plans as a proactive supporting, consulting, and governance role
  • Preparation, set up and execution of project and portfolio planning, reporting, KPI and steering platforms
  • Continuous improvement of PMO-processes and tools aiming the transparency of current projects, roadmap, business case status through KPIs and efficient decision taking
  • Conduct and moderate project and program steering meetings, verifying, and aligning resource capacity planning as well as implementation of project changes
  • Ensure project management, processes and tool standards are being executed across the R&D project portfolio

Application Requirements
  • BSc or MSc degree in technical, economic, or financial field
  • Experience in project and program management or consulting
  • Profound knowledge of project management methods, in best case with project management certification and a fundamental understanding of specialist demands on PMO
  • Very good level in processes, conceptual, and strategic skills
  • Good knowledge in SQL, SharePoint, Microsoft Project Online, Microsoft BI, Qlik Sense is an advance
  • High level moderation and communication skills in German and English
