Tasks & Responsibilities
  • In your new role, you own the framework for Quality Data definition and Reporting Strategy.
  • You act as single point of contact for quality owned data assets within the BI Data Science Community.
  • Furthermore, you act as Product/System Owner for relevant corporate quality dashboards developed as self-service.
  • With your expertise, you ensure corporate dashboards act as one source of truth across BI Quality from QEC to shopfloor.
  • Moreover, you lead the self-service developer team ensuring dashboards are current and fulfill data quality and stakeholders’ expectations.
  • You explore advanced analytics use cases for quality owned data i.e., insights generation and report automation.
  • Additionally, you represent BI and influence others with regard to Quality Data science subjects in industry associations and external networks.
  • Finally, you scout external trends in Data Science in GxP regulated environment.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Biopharmaceuticals/Pharmaceuticals/Chemistry/Biology/Data Science with long-term relevant GXP experience
  • Proven experience in Data Science projects i.e Data Visualization, Advanced Analytics use cases using machine learning, User Experience, ETL, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python ect.
  • Experience within a quality and GMP regulated environment on national and/or international levels
  • Leadership experience for small to mid-size teams
  • Process understanding, business process excellence and continuous improvement expertise
  • Fluent command of English, both verbal and written. German language skills are a plus
