Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to reshape TeamViewer relaunch and go-to-market strategy by leading our marketing activities. You will be responsible for presenting the product downloaded +2.5 billion times in ways that will strengthen the brand positioning and drive conversion & revenue growth of the product.
- Recalibrate the go-to-market strategy, market positioning, value prop and key messages to drive demand and strengthen customer retention for our core product
- Understand the specific audience groups and develop the product’s positioning and messaging strategy to appeal to these audiences
- Deliver and manage relevant content through creative storytelling and other innovative initiatives to showcase the value our solutions can bring to our customers
- Monitor and analyze market dynamics and the competitive landscape that affects product demand and direction (including pricing and packaging)
- Experience with product marketing for software-based products is preferred (SMB, SME, SaaS)
- Track record of successful product launch/ relaunch and strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Good understanding of customer and market requirements, trends, and competitive intelligence
- Fluency in English is mandatory, German is a plus
