Key Accountabilities And Responsibilities

Provides Plant/solution concept design & calculations for Calcination and Hydrate Filtration Technology
Process product development and continues improvement approach for process design for Calcination and Hydrate Filtration Technology
Process related application engineering (eg. test capability) development
Global delivery consultative support/ process design approval
Plant concept design & calculations for Calcination and Hydrate Filtration Technology
BL specific process engineering tools, templates, procedures development (if not done as a part of PD)
Technology and product development testing (in cooperation with Technology mgmt and R&D)
Testing procedures and tools development and global management
Customer case testing management
Process optimization and trouble shooting service development
Process design guidelines/handbook (if not generated during PD)
Capability and capacity management
Responsible for technical Performance of outside procured Technology.
Master User of Aspen process simulation software for the purpose of Calcination and Hydrate Filtration technology

Competencies

Minimum 10 years alumina calcination or equivalent fluidized bed experience
Site industrial experience with the design, startup and/or operation of fluidized bed plants.
Be successfully able to work with others in a matrix from a range of cultures within a diverse political, economic, technical and social environment.
Have solid technology, process and services understanding
Academic degree in Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering.
Fluent in English
