Your tasks
  • Responsible for correct and timely administration of the monthly payroll processes and systems
  • Perform standard and complex audits of HR Data, programmes and processes
  • Provide consultancy services and service excellence to employees and the HR community regarding general and more complex Payroll topics
  • Handle standard and complex inquiries & support through ticket self-service, eMail and telephone
  • Carry out payroll run for relevant group of employees
  • Support continuous improvement of payroll processes as well as usage of systems
  • Match monthly posting documents in collaboration with the local data management team, payroll specialists in the market, finance and controlling departments
  • Provide timely reporting and generation of statements and ensure corresponding communication to tax authorities, social insurance and all other governmental institutions
  • Monitor of incoming payments from dept claims
  • Creating user manuals and process mappings
  • Provide Input for modifications to company policies and regulations
  • Preparing training material and training the HR Services organisation on Payroll related system-changes
Your profile
  • University degree or education in the field of Economics (preferably Accounting)
  • Minimum 3 years of Payroll experience gained in an international (SSC) environment
  • High affinity to and experience with Payroll solutions in SAP HR
  • Familiar with the different payroll processes and internal controls
  • Good understanding of legal and tariff regulations
  • Excellent analytical skills and detail oriented, accurate work style
  • Strong customer focus and service minded
  • International mind-set
  • Excellent command of English and German
  • Experience with SAP HR and SuccessFactors
  • Strong knowledge of MS-Office applications
