(Senior) Manager (f/m/d) Global M&A

M&A is an integral part of STADA’s strategy and is strongly contributing to our growth. With a series of highly visible acquisitions in 2019, 2020 and 2021, we have shown that we are one of the most agile and successful M&A players in the industry. In this role, you will get exposure to all aspects of the pharmaceutical industry and work closely with our Senior Management whilst you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy and act as an entrepreneur within our organization.
Your responsibilities:
- Assessment of companies and products incl. prioritizing opportunities aligning with the company’s strategy
- Depending on experience: (Co-) Lead projects or work streams of international M&A projects and teams:
- Deal sourcing
- Coordination of all involved STADA work streams and STADA international sales companies
- Financial modelling
- Final evaluation of M&A opportunity with respective recommendation to Management Board incl. board papers
- Contract negotiations
- Integration of acquired companies/products into STADA Group
Your qualification:
- University degree or equivalent
- In-depth professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, consultancy and/or corporate finance (minimum of 3 years)
- Ideally multi-year experience in:
- i) Analysis of market potentials and strategic marketing of pharmaceutical products
- ii) Company or product M&A
- iii) Coordination of larger and complex projects
- Negotiations in international context
- English language skills at negotiation level
- Affinity for figures and comprehension of financials
- High analytical and conceptual skills combined with entrepreneurial mentality
- Affinity for legal matters
- High resilience and ability for multi-project management
- Willingness to travel on projects basis within Europe and abroad
