What do you contribute?
In your role you will have a crucial share of responsibility for the success of international turnkey projects. Your main tasks will be in the area of depot planning and maintenance equipment to ensure that operations run smoothly and activities are optimally coordinated with the subsystems.
- You will develop technically sound proposals and concepts and evaluate subcontractor responses.
- You will optimize and design depots in coordination with associated subsystems within the project.
- You plan depots and design associated logistics and maintenance processes.
- You adapt plant concepts to project-specific requirements - in doing so, you comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
- You calculate costs for delivery, installation and commissioning of the equipment, taking into account project schedules and requirements.
- Furthermore, you will prepare technical documentation based on the systems and equipment used in the project.
- In addition, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and accepting the installation of equipment for subsystems.
What do you bring along?
- Degree in engineering, preferably in electrical engineering, traffic engineering or machine construction or comparable technical training.
- You have many years of experience in rail transport systems, preferably in systems business and relevant experience in depot planning and maintenance.
- Expertise in procurement and implementation of maintenance equipment.
- Knowledge in bid and interface management with ability in tender and contract analysis.
- Experience in international customer or development projects desirable, as well as technical team leadership experience.
- Fluency in English required, good knowledge of German and other foreign languages (e.g. Spanish, Arabic) a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally and mobility due to project-related delegations.
