YOUR ROLE

  • Plan, manage and execute the overall direction for global digital, social activities, and special projects across global markets for a focused category
  • Brief, critique, give feedback, finalize and implement digital campaigns with team members and agencies and other service providers while maintaining brand’ visual identity and digital effectiveness
  • Creation of an overarching digital touchpoint strategy and overlooking management of assigned social channels of assigned categories
  • Act as digital expert for brand managers and other departments - upskilling teams, sharing expertise giving up to date knowledge and providing inspiration on latest digital trends, and social media listening
  • Supervision of direct reports, over seeing their tasks, steer digital teams in more than regions and countries, and provide support for the implementation of global projects, campaigns, and content

YOUR SKILLS

  • Successfully completed a university degree in Communication / Media Studies or a similar education in Social Media, Community Management or Online Marketing
  • A digital and communications professional with minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably at an FMCG company, cosmetics retailer, cosmetic goods manufacturer or a digital agency that has worked heavily with beauty, with a focus on social media
  • A highly collaborative team player who is flexible, reliable, highly organized and able to handle projects independently
  • Deep knowledge in Communication, Digital Marketing, Humanities, IT and Media
  • Excellent communication skills in both English & German language
