Your responsibilities at C&A

  • Define new digital strategies and strategic approaches within C&A Digital together with the CDO, business leads and other key stakeholders throughout C&A
  • Identify and develop new strategic growth opportunities (Markets, Business models, innovations, etc.) for C&A Digital
  • Facilitate strategic data-based decision making
  • Support and steer key strategic projects with high visibility in a fast pace environment as cross functional project manager
  • Work in cross-functional teams and own key strategic topics
  • Communicate and align with internal stakeholders in complex project set ups
  • Create and present executive decision documents to board members

What we expect from you

  • At least 5 years work experience in consulting or in Strategic Business Development
  • University degree preferably in business/economics or similar/related
  • Strong analytical skills, strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience with Digital business models and data driven strategy development
  • Proven project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Agile, solution oriented & autonomous mindset with a “can do” attitude
  • Experience in retail or fashion as a plus
  • Fluent in English and German
