Your tasks

You are passionate about building great user journeys and thrive in investigating potentials for customer retention and reactivation? Then join our Marketing team as the expert for CRM Marketing! You will not only ensure a smooth onboarding for new customers and carriers but also drive reactivation of accounts and increase their CLV. Customized to their characteristics and the stage they are in, our customers and carriers shall receive exactly the information they need. Furthermore, your work will contribute to a higher productivity of our operations and customer care departments.

  • You drive our CRM strategy and develop and execute amazing CRM concepts
  • You fully own our email marketing communication (transactional & non-transactional emails) with customers and carriers
  • You launch new email campaigns, optimize existing ones and measure their success
  • You build automated funnels and target emails through user segmentation
  • You determine churn points of the customer/carrier onboarding journey and derive actions to improve conversion
  • You analyze cohort and CLV reports and improve customer/carrier retention
  • You closely collaborate with stakeholders across departments
  • You measure and increase the satisfaction of customers and carriers
Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced and hands-on environment
  • Strong background in CRM retention marketing, building of automated funnels and segmentation
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with one or more email marketing tools
  • Strong combination of analytical and communication skills
  • Experience in creating reports and analyzing data
  • Ability to create and test responsive, CD-matching email templates in HTML
  • Fluency in German and English
