Are you interested in the future of consulting? Join our team to experience a new way of working combining Human and Artificial Intelligence.

We are building a dedicated Discovery Team which provides consulting services around data driven performance improvements, powered by AI. AI is meant by our proprietary Machine Learning based software Trufa. Trufa is made for business users. Users do not need any programming, modeling or advanced mathematical or statistical skills.

However, as with any powerful engine, it needs the savvy business user to exploit the software and create impressive results. This is done by the Discovery Team, supporting customers and other Deloitte professionals to boost enterprise performance in a dimension, not possible so far.

We are looking for dedicated reinforcement for our teamsinCologne, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Hanover und Munich.

  • Insights-as-a-service delivery: Data-driven analyses of business processes powered by AI technology
  • High degree of variety: Work for multiple clients and project scopes at the same time, including training of clients, guiding for clients and consulting of clients to improve business performance - around the globe
  • High impact on product development: Design new analyses to create greater impact of matter for our clients, develop convincing messages and client workshops
  • Business development: Support of pre-sales and sales documents and meetings to enhance our pipeline within Deloitte globally
  • Personal growth: Become the go-to person for internal and external clients
  • Be flexible: Work from home or wherever you are to serve our clients
In this you are a specialist
  • Excellent exam (Master or PhD) in BWL (Business Administration), Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (Industrial Engineering), Wirtschaftsinformatik (Business Informatics) or equivalent studies (e. g. Supply Chain Management, Controlling)
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end enterprise value chain, including both the operational and financial side of the enterprise
  • Good understanding of core process of each enterprise: the cash conversion cycle (procure-to-pay, inventory, order-to-cash) and related
  • Ideally first practical experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Controlling
  • First knowledge about SAP ERP data (with a focus on FI, MM, SD and PP modules) or SQL experience is of advantage
  • Excellent analytical and well-structured mind to handle sophisticated client projects
  • High commitment and team spirit
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills
  • English and German (fluent)
