This e-commerce company with currently around 600 employees was founded over 30 years ago and is number 1 in its vertical in Europe. The company stands for individuality this also is shown in there wide range of products (over 25,000 items).

Tasks
  • Responsible for the conception and development of complex web-based software applications for the international Commerce Cloud platform (Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
  • Implementation of new features, e.g. technical implementation of new product ranges, integration of new shipping and payment functions
  • Performance optimization of front and back end modules
  • Close cooperation with web designers, developers and consultants
  • Refactoring of existing functions
Requirements
  • BS or MS in computer science or similar experience
  • Experience as a Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) developer.
  • Alternative experience in other established shop platforms such as, Magento, Spryker or Shopware
  • Knowledge of project implementation using Javascript, PHP or NodeJs
  • Experience in connecting system integrations / interfaces using REST or SOAP
  • Knowledge of ticket systems such as Jira, as well as GIT and other versioning systems
  • Agile way of working, Scrum or Kanban
  • Salesforce certification like the following are beneficial: -Commerce Cloud Digital Certified Developer or -Commerce Cloud B2C Certified Developer
