Sales Support Executive - Fluency in German and English essential

Purpose:

The EMEA Sales Support team are responsible for partnering with Nuix filled and partner sales reps to support sales opportunities from a structure, commercial, legal, revenue and booking perspective. The Sales Support role is a critically important member of the Sales Operations team and will be responsible for supporting the Nuix sales organization across all elements throughout an opportunity quote to order lifecycle (Deal Structure, Quote creation and approval, statement of works (SOWs) , Revenue & legal review and compliance).

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison with all cross-functional business partners involved in the order process to facilitate deal closure
  • Establish productive relationships and feedback loops with Legal, Finance, Sales and Operations management to drive deal efficiencies
  • Management of discount and non-standard deals throughout approval flow
  • Use Salesforce.com and other tools to accurately profile customer accounts in order to create quotes/schedules/amendments that accurately reflect where the deal sits in the sales cycle
  • Review and verify incoming deals for accuracy, including but not limited to confirming contract terms, contact and billing information, pricing, business policies, existing legal agreements/pre-existing terms, promotions and purchase order terms and conditions and work with Sales Management, Finance, Legal, and Operations members to create Nuix quotes for our customers and partners across the region
  • Support issuing and maintenance of Customer Licensing.
  • Engage with business partners across EMEA to respond to their queries, as well as resolving issues raised by customers in the assigned region, related to the Order Management process
  • Actively review sales pipeline and corresponding deal information to anticipate potential booking issues or negative customer experience impact, and work to resolve during the deal negotiation process
  • Work closely with business partners to ensure forecast accuracy and minimum Salesforce expectations are adhered to at all times by our sales and partner reps
  • Work closely with sales team to analyse and understand trends in the market and opportunities for growth at macro level and within specific sectors
  • Be available at key periods in the sales calendar to ensure our reps can close off business right up to the close of play i.e month, quarter and fiscal year end

Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous experience in deal operations, bid desk, contract negotiation, sales operations, or similar relevant experience would be considered. You will ideally have issue/inquiry identification and resolution experience; order management, bookings, fulfilment knowledge and partner relations experience
  • Good understanding of Sales Forecasting models & processes
  • Ability to use CRM systems. Previous Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel in particular
  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience required

  • Ability to organise and prioritise, maintain attention to detail, and work under critical timeframes
  • Proven ability to engage and converse at an Executive level
  • Must be motivated, a self-starter, and be able to deal with ambiguity.
  • Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful
