With our unique patented technology, MolYsis™, and our fully automated solutions for microbial DNA purification, extraction, and analysis by broad-range PCR assays and Sanger Sequencing we are a leader in the field of molecular diagnostics for infectious diseases. To support our global expansion we are now expanding our team and looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Assistant.

Tasks

  • Sales: issue quotes, coordinate orders with Administrative and Technical Depts. Coordinate customer service and technical support with Application Specialists. Organize Sales Dept Activity reporting and archive sales support documents;
  • Marketing: comfortable with modern digital tools and creative, develop and implement marketing materials as per defined Marketing Strategies, including but not limited to: online campaigns, online advertising materials, print materials, brochures, products presentation creation and revision, video; website and social media channels update and follow-up statistics.
  • promote the image of our high quality products;
  • Organize (and participate occasionally to) seminars/congresses/workshops/ meeting/demo tours for and in coordination with the Sales and Application teams;
  • Ensure coordination and follow-up of marketing actions organized on the geographical zone.
  • Be in regular contact with our customers Microbiology Laboratory Managers, to ensure customer satisfaction and close contacts between the company and customers.
  • Be in regular contact with our distributors for marketing actions and sales follow-up.
  • Reply to occasional requests from Managers.
Requirements

  • Completed studies or significant experience in a similar position in the field of molecular biological microbiology
  • Experienced and enthusiastic with marketing tools and online marketing
  • Experience in organization of exhibitions and meetings
  • Great sales attitude and communication skills
  • Fluent English and good writing skills
  • High degree of initiative, creativity, commitment, flexibility and autonomy
  • Structured and team-oriented working method
  • Secure handling of MS Office and internet applications and openness and interest to learn new software tools
  • Car driving license
  • Readiness to travel occasionally

Full-time position (40 hours per week) to fill as soon as possible, ideally based in Bremen, Germany.
