SEMICONDUCTOR & ASSEMBLY SOLUTIONS (SAS)

As a global supplier to the semiconductor industry, we provide advanced copper interconnects, die attachment, wafer bump processes, solder technologies, fluxes, cleaners, and other attachment materials for the integrated circuit fabrication, semiconductor packaging, and electronic assembly industries. Our products touch nearly every facet of modern life and enable smart devices, phones, computers, electric vehicles, and more to function properly. SAS consists of three distinct business units (Circuit Board Assembly, Semiconductor Assembly, and Wafer Level Packaging) which are positioned to meet our customers’ ever-changing needs. Job Purpose

Actively develop emerging markets and applications, search and develop new customers and new businesses in their respective regions. At the same time, maintain existing customer relationships and develop new projects to achieve the established business growth goals.

Job Responsibilities


  • Analyze, plan and formulate business development plans in the jurisdiction.
  • Actively develop new customers and new businesses.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships, expand existing business share and explore new growth opportunities.
  • Cooperate with the marketing team to collect market information, expand emerging markets, and promote the company’s new products and new application solutions.
  • Work with technical team to deal with customer application problems and give positive feedback.
  • Continuous self-learning of new products and technical knowledge.
  • Familiar with customer management system and update the development progress of customers and projects as required.
  • Complete other tasks required by General Manager.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science/Engineering or relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in SMT industry, Electronics Assembly materials/Adhesives application etc.
  • Good network of relationships in NEV OEMs is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Familiar with MS office software.
  • Business trip in Jiangsu Province.
