Sales Manager FinTech (m/f/d)

Regensburg, Munich or Berlin & remote

Tasks
  • You will qualify and identify potential customers as part of the inbound process
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage with your team lead for next steps
  • Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook
  • You will send personalized, strategic, value-added emails, calls and messages via various channels
  • You will set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales team leads
  • You have a clear understanding about our competitive environment and landscape
  • Report to your team lead with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Qualifications
  • You have relevant experience in a goal-oriented B2B sales environment – ideally in a FinTech company focused on APMs and open banking
  • You have a strong business and customer-oriented mindset and a pragmatic hands-on way of working
  • You are a strong team player who focuses on the mission while working together with the team
  • You are strong in creating relevant networks for the mission
  • You have excellent writing and communication skills to reach our target audience
  • You are fluent in English (German is a plus) and have an international / multicultural mindset
  • You have strong analytical and communication skills
  • You are persistent and a motivator for the team
