Regional Microscopy Sales Engineer

As a Microscopy Sales Engineer, you will combine application and market knowledge and your existing contacts in the microscopy community with sales skills to build a strong territory presence, to develop new business and to achieve sales targets for confocal microscopy products and service.

You will grow existing accounts, strengthen customer and channel relationships and develop new business relationships. You will be able to evaluate product and service offering in terms of manufacturing and customer’s technical needs.

You will have the opportunity to build and develop the market across Germany, Austria and the Netherlands as part of a dynamic team with mentorship available to help you develop and be successful.

You must have:
  • Master’s degree in science or equivalent experience in a life science discipline required, ideally in biology
  • Typically, between 3 - 5 years’ experience in sales involving highly technical products.
  • Extensive research/laboratory experience required OR significant experience using fluorescence microscopy for biological research required.
  • Be fluent in German
