Recruiter, Micromobility

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. You will play a vital role in the company’s growth and success, by attracting and identifying the best talent for our Micromobility product all across Europe but with a specific emphasis in Germany.

Your role will involve sourcing and guiding candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, ensuring a great candidate experience and establishing Bolt as an amazing company to work for.

Your daily adventures will include:

• Managing full-cycle recruitment processes
• Working closely withhiring managers to understand the position, team needs, culture and values
• Actively sourcing, interviewing and selecting exceptional talent
• Representing Bolt professionally and warmly as the first point of contact
• Providing an amazing candidate experience every time
• Contributing ideas to improve our processes, employer brand, and hiring strategy

We are looking for:

• 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or in-house
• Excellent communication & written skills in English and German
• Ability to deliver challenging recruitment projects on time
• Startup mindset and hunger to achieve great results
