German IT product company app smart GmbH is looking for QA automation engineer who will become an integral part of our team and implement all his abilities within our international company!We are one of the leading companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland in the field of providing customized IT solutions for the restaurant business. In addition to restaurants, we work with manufacturers of cash register systems and delivery portals.We are interested in the quality of our products and appreciate the desire to improve skills - this allows our company to offer customers non-standard solutions and be among the leaders in the European market.

Tasks
  • Creation and support of test documentation (JIRA/QMetry).
  • Maintaining and support of documentation in Confluence.
  • Manual smoke, research, regression testing of the company’s products.
  • Support and development of auto-tests (Java, Selenium, Selenide Framework, Appium).API testing.
  • Work with the bug tracking system (JIRA).
  • Close cooperation with the development team.
  • Implementation of test results reporting (Allure).
Requirements
  • Understanding the goals and objectives of testing.
  • Experience in testing services, web and mobile applications for more than 2 years.
  • Knowledge of types of testing: integration, functional, regression testing, etc.
  • Experience with bug trackers (Jira or similar).
  • Skills in compiling and maintaining test documentation (test plans, checklists, test cases).
  • Experience with Selenium (Selenide), RestAssured, Postman, Swagger, Selenoid, Junit, Appium, Xcode.SQL (level of simple queries).
  • Test automation design patterns.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (TeamCity / Jenkins / GitLab CI).
  • Ability to work with and without documentation.
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English (B2-C2).
  • German language (optional).
