Esko Brand Solutions is seeking a talented & dynamic individual to fill the position based out of Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established business unit within Esko and be a part of a business that is positioned for continued considerable growth.

In the role of Project Manager, you will partner with our Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical & Retail customers to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control and successfully implement Esko software solution projects.

You are responsible for the overall implementation, being the key contact towards our customers during deployment. Key focus will be on customer satisfaction and successful, profitable delivery of projects.

You will also ensure facilitation of smooth transitions of the customers from Project Lifecycles into After Care.

Critical Success Factors for the Ideal Candidate Profile are:

• Customer oriented Project Management skills/experience
• Utilizes critical thinking/problem solving skills whilst being a strong multi-tasker & stress-resistant
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An understanding in Esko Brands business vertical and products.
• Good understanding in use of Microsoft’s Suite of Apps, incl MS Project and Power Bi. (others are a plus)
• Proven track record to work in multi-functional teams, networking, coaching and mentoring effectively with others to achieve desired goals.
• Consistent track record to work well in ambiguous scenarios, defining and driving desired success.
• Able to prosper in a fast paced environment that fosters change, creativity and flexibility.
• Self-driven, eager to contribute, develop, learn and grow.
• Technically well-grounded and have a hands-on mentality for Continuous Improvement & Sustainment.
• Able to travel nationally and regionally approx. 40% of your time normally, with peaks of up to 70% in busy periods
  

We are looking for a professional who:

Main responsibilities and key activities:

• To work with commercial teams to create & respond to RFI, RFQ and RFP documents; to support the creation of proposals by sales, including work breakdown structure and statement of work, with a high focus on service requirements and implementation.
• To manage, steer & lead project implementations and assure synchronization between plan and reality regarding the triple constraint.
• To coordinate resource planning and deliverables, ensuring that customer commitments are met.
• To oversee the successful transition of the project from sales & pre-sales into deployment, through the project lifecycle, and then from deployment to after care, to ensure continuous provision of a high level of care to the client.
• To conduct status review meetings, report delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
• You lead, develop and organize your project team effectively (including measurements)
• You are responsible for ensuring revenue recognition and invoicing to customers
• Your Education and/or Background Experience will include:
• Further education, degree or recognized certification in related field
• You are proficient in English, knowledge of other European languages is considered as a plus
• You have extensive experience working in a customer facing service department
• You have a minimum of 3 years related and relevant experience in areas such as, but not limited to:
• Business process or asset management technology, ideally in a marketing or packaging domain
• Providing software and/or services to consumer goods, pharmaceutical or retail customers
