Project Manager Skilling (m/f/d)

At Viessmann we defined our strategy for the coming years and one key requirement for us is to provide our workforce with skilling opportunities that match future work requirements. As Project Manager Skilling you will support the acceleration of our skilling approach by leading foundational projects in particular when it comes to building our job architecture.

Your impact

• Developing a development oriented competency based global job architecture.
• Acting as the product owner for the job architecture which lays a foundation and works as talent API-serving the purpose to:
  • build our Performance & Rewards practice
  • build our recruiting services
  • build our career frameworks and development programs
  • define our information circles and distribution
  • help our internal mobility (people development, management development).
• Defining, adapting and maintaining the job architecture based on stakeholder requirements such as job level, job grade, position, titles, job families, pay bands, benchmarking.
• Supporting the team by taking over responsibility for processes, tasks and projects such as piloting tools and designing workflows.

Who you are

Your excellent stakeholder management and strong communication skills help you to build a collaborative and calm environment. You have the ability to independently and optimally support cross-functional projects and with your strong analytical thinking you are able to break down issues or decisions into manageable pieces.

• University degree in business administration, Human Resources / Organisational Development or similar education.
• At least 3 years of proven experience working in a consulting firm, a start-up or a fast paced environment. Experience in project management and understanding of capability models and workforce planning is preferred.
• Experience in leading cross-functional project teams and/or small teams.
• Project Management Certifications (e.g. IPMA, PMP, Prince II) is desirable.
• Proficient English is a must - German is a plus.
