Ihre Aufgaben
  • You assist in defining and implementing project governance strategy through the different phases of the project lifecycle.
  • You propose, define or revise existing processes along with the customer to improve the execution of the project.
  • You prepare, maintain, and distribute key project deliverables, such as KPIs, status reports, progress reviews, milestone reviews, planning, MoMs, etc.
  • You perform day-to-day project management tasks such as planning updates, budget monitoring, risk management.
  • You proactively assess and propose improvement areas to the organization, governance or processes.
  • You ensure communication and transparency with other functions and project stakeholders.
  • You assist the deployment of new PM practices, methods and tools (Google Suite, Planisware, Agile, … ) at the operational level.
Ihr Profil
  • University degree (bachelor’s or master’s degree) in engineering, (with a focus in aerospace, mechanical, software, energy engineering or similar) project management, business administration, or equivalent.
  • 2 to 5 years of justifiable project management experience in the industry, preferably in the aerospace, automotive, IT or energy sectors.
  • Fundamental knowledge of project management standards, methods & practices (PMP, Waterfall, Prince, …).
  • Experience in one or several PM software (Planisware, Zoho, Qlik Sense, …).
  • Experience with online collaborative work /agile software solution (Google Suite, Trello, Jira, …).
  • Knowledge in programming/script writing (Python, VBA, GScript, …).
  • Project Management related certification (PMP, Prince, IPMA, …).
  • Previous experience working in an Agile technical environment or professional training/certification (Scrum PSM).
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to foster and drive collaborative teamwork.
  • Business fluent in English, good knowledge of German is an advantage.
