Role and Responsibilities

• Clarify and document project requirements, feasibility and business case with business owners, checking system capabilities in terms of possible implementation in system infrastructure (AEM, HYBRIS, ERP, etc.)
• Organize and facilitate Demos & workshops to effectively communicate with stakeholders and global planning and developing teams.
• Draft and document requirements for the project together with business owners, creating Epics/Stories/Tickets in JIRA, align with global planning and development teams through to launch.
• Create and manage a project management plan to ensure timely platform readiness for planned launch date, capacity planning and scoping, and monitoring and control of assigned D2C projects
• Monitoring and control of all assigned D2C projects and managing project risks, issues and change management throughout the course of the project lifecycle.
• Hands-on project management of schedule, cost, quality, and milestones
• Project reporting and brief project stakeholders and business owners on project status throughout the project lifecycle
  
  

Skills and Qualifications

• University degree in business administration, economics, IT, Project Management or similar.
• Relevant work experience in eCommerce Platform management, ideally with SAP Hybris experience
• Extensive understanding of the e-commerce landscape including features, functionality, and best practices.
• Proven project management experience and familiarity with agile project methods
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• High-level knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project/JIRA/Smartsheet or similar
• Project management certification would be an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
