Project Assistant

Overall Job Purpose

To provide administrative support to the Project Managers, Group- and Team Leads.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support in capacity planning
  • Arranging work with affiliates
  • Providing general administrative support and maintaining capacity tool
  • Assist with ad hoc duties
PERSON SPECIFICATION

Key Competencies – Knowledge, Skills And Experience
  • Theoretical knowledge and practical experience with standard project management methods
  • Experience with project work and project management processes
  • Knowledge of project software tools is helpful
  • Confident use of MS Office to create templates and reports
  • Confident handling of MS Outlook to make appointments
  • Personal responsibility and self-discipline
  • Structured work, independent setting of priorities
  • Confidence in dealing with people (in person and over the phone)
  • Resilience in crisis situations
  • Organizational talent
  • Understanding of numbers
Skills
  • Self-motived person
  • Good numerical, literacy and IT skills
