Production and Logistic Supervisor

Profile

• Successfully completed technical studies or further technical training as a master craftsman or technician (chemical, metal, etc.) with further training in business administration.
• Several years of professional experience in a similar function preferably in a manufacturing company in the chemical industry
• Operational experience in Lean Management or Six Sigma and LEAN methods
• Demonstrable and extensive leadership skills and experience, motivational strength and persuasiveness
• Strong communication and social skills
• Very good IT skills (Microsoft Office / Oracle / SAP)
• Confident in common presentation and moderation techniques
• Committed and entrepreneurial way of working with an awareness of quality, safety and costs
• Very good written and spoken English
