THE POSITIONDo you want to be part of our international and innovative Process Management team in Global Business Services Ingelheim, focusing on Management Accounting?As Process Manager you are working in a globally operating team that designs, builds and deploys BI’s Management Accounting processes, which are the basis for our Controlling. Together with our international team, you work on state of the art, efficient and cost-effective solutions as well as global rollouts. The team manages processes in the area of Income Statement, Cost and Profitability Accounting, Secondary Business Invoicing, Product Costing and Inventory Accounting.Tasks & responsibilities



  • In your new role, you independently design, build and maintain efficient global processes related to Management Accounting.
  • You serve as Process Manager for international projects e.g. for deployments of our S/4HANA Management Accounting template.
  • In coordination with the Global Process Owner for A2R you identify, develop, and implement process as well as system improvements, utilizing new technologies such as S/4HANA
  • As key contact for the topics Income Statement, Cost and Profitability Accounting, Secondary Business Invoicing, Product Costing, and Inventory Accounting, you cooperate closely with our Finance & Controlling, IT and Center Network colleagues to operationalize corporate guidelines and policies.
  • You manage local and international project teams, from preparation to implementation including follow-up of project milestones and complex workshops.
  • With your expertise, you foster the change management process during transformation projects.

Requirements



  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or equivalent degree
  • Experience in Finance & Controlling, Global Business Service with focus on Management Accounting or Consultancy
  • SAP knowledge as well as experience in the areas of Controlling and Management Accounting (Income Statement, Cost and Profitability Accounting, Secondary Business Invoicing, Product Costing, and Inventory Accounting) desirable
  • Expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects is an asset
  • Project management experience with international project teams as well as in facilitating workshops
  • Structured, result-oriented, and proactive working style with the ability to negotiate with stakeholders
  • Intercultural skills and the willingness to travel internationally (dependent on project) ca. 20%
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English are required. German/ additional language skills are an asset
