We work in cross-functional, autonomous teams. We follow continuous delivery best practices executed on top of a modern technology stack.

Tasks

We are going to re-architect our current platform and create multiple new software products from the ground up. This will mean new technologies, brand-new product teams, and brand-new technology decisions. We are expanding our team from 10 to 40 people in the next 12 months, so our program of work is ambitious and complex.

• Lead development and implementation of technical solutions aligned to strategic initiatives
• Create and maintain the Front-End architecture, collaborate with engineering teams on its implementation, and develop a path for migrating existing functionality to that architecture
• Ensure that we continuously improve reliability, scalability, and stability of microservices and platform
• Provide technical leadership to the team by providing feedback on architecture, design, code as well as helping make technical choices
• Work collaboratively on a cross-functional team to lead and contribute to the release of new features
• Balance good design principles with delivering features for our customers
• Participate daily stand-up team meeting, bi-weekly sprint planning and sprint-end retrospective and work cross-functionality with other teams to drive the innovations of the Lendis product
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software Development and 3+ on a technical leadership role
• Expert in FE development using typescript/JavaScript & React
• Demonstrable experience in leading web-app architecture/design
• Solid knowledge on CI/CD & Docker
• Solid understanding in security best practices around software development
• Champion on Agile Practices and development practices. BDD/TDD/Scrum
• Champion in cross-browser development
• Excellent communication skills
