We are looking for German-speaking Outbound Customer Care Representativesto join us and start working on an exciting project on the German market!

What you will be doing:

TWG is partnering with our client to start a project where we will be calling General doctors in Germany.

Your goal would be to introduce them to the client’s products and facilitate meetings with the client’s sales team. We will aim, later on, for us to conduct the product promotion ourselves.

We are looking for you in case you have:

  • 2 years of Outbound Contact Center experience (Cold sales, cold calling, telemarketing)
  • Strong user level of Computing Skills
  • You strive for excellence and find your happiness in helping others
  • You have excellent written and spoken skills in German
  • You have 4+ years of experience on the German market
  • You have good communication skills in English
  • College or University Degree is an advantage

  • Processor: 1.8Ghz upwards (64bit preferable)
  • RAM: 4 GB RAM upwards
  • Available Storage: 10Gb minimum
