About our client

Our client , for whom we are looking for an Operations Specialist (full-time job) is the subsidiary in Frankfurt of a worldwide renowned financial insitution (Fortune Global 500 company) .

Qualifications and knowledge:

  • Minimum Master degree in banking related topics
  • 1 to 2 years of working experience in a bank or internship in a bank are preferred
  • Knowledge of the requirements of MaRisk
  • Knowledge of the money laundering rules
  • Ability to work independently
  • Teamwork and resilience
  • Very good communication skills
  • Reliable and systematic work attitude
  • Fluent in English and Chinese language, German would be of advantage
  • Good IT Skills

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Contact domestic and overseas counterparts
  • Coordination and control transactions
  • Processing of transactions (i.e., trade finance, corporate banking back-office, payments etc.)
  • Coordination and control of vostro, nostro and custodian accounts
  • Support for software and System enduser testing
  • Create and update work instructions
  • Processing of complaints and investigations
  • Master data maintenance
  • Support of colleagues all aspects of the tasks
  • Support Client Relationship Manager
