DoDo Czech is a fast-growing logistics company with branches in 6 countries (Czech republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Poland, and newly in Germany and Austria). We are looking for a great Operations Manager - Last Mile Delivery. We are seeking someone, who knows how to fight for the service levels of the contract but also perceives the needs of our customers and clients, someone who focuses on delivery of tailored logistics solutions for external partners.

What you will do:

  • Lead and develop the München delivery team Teamleaders, drivers
  • Lead & Drive functions of field operations, delivery quality and service, technical support, logistics and warehouse planning, efficiency, feedback
  • Training – service quality
  • Drive the function by focusing on organizational development, process & tools, capability and engagement of the team
  • Be responsible for maintaining high service quality and operational excellence by developing smart KPIs (SLA),
  • Ensuring legal and contractual processes are under control
  • Cooperation 3PL partners, maintaining processes and quality
  • Cooperation with HQ during the process of creation forecasts, future operation solutions
  • Participating in the discussion of the development of current business operation
  • Develop relationships with existing clients to support operational solutions
  • Acting as Major incident manager in relation to specific customer major incidents
  • Effectively communicate with other department across the company
  • Reporting

Who we are looking for:

  • Degree in economics / logistics / supply chain
  • Minimum 3-5 years experiencein logistics, operations, delivery or service environment
  • Proven leadershipexperience, ability to build and motivate team
  • Proactive, hands-onand structured way of working with interest in building up teams and structures
  • Service oriented, dynamic approach and committed to getting the work done
  • Very good communication, negotiation and consultation skills
  • Tech savvy - Excel does not scare you
  • Fluent in German and English
