Lead our journey to become the Oral Care powerhouse at POS by defining our national promotional strategies, guidelines and impactful brand activations for DACH.


Responsibilities:

Strategy & Implementation:

  • Creation and implementation of national promo strategies and promo mechanics for Elmex, Meridol and Colgate in coordination with Brand Leads
  • Development and implementation of the national and cross-brand sampling and trial strategy
  • Responsibility for coupon activities OC Mass/POC
  • Reviewing of customer activations, secondary placements, promotions in mass markets and pharmacies
  • Close exchange with Brandteams in the creation of brand activations

Process:

  • Own and coordinate couponing and sampling process
  • Participate in monthly discipline of the hub

Budget/KPIs:

  • Promotional share of total sales (VOD), increase promo effectiveness and promo efficacy
  • Responsibility and coordination of the budget for couponing and sampling in Mass/POC


Background/ Qualification:

  • 3+ years experience in similar role
  • Strong shopper- and/or retail-Marketing knowledge
  • Experience in how to influence shopper behaviour through POS-activations
  • Proven experience in setting omni-channel, national promotion strategy across multiple retail environments
  • Wish for cross-functional, commercial career development


This position is temporary for 24 months with the option of a further contract extension or possibility to develop within the company.
