RESPONSIBILITIES

EN runs a global regulatory-driven customer-focused business, that must comply with regulatory standards such as Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Halal, Kosher, critical control points and more from sourcing to delivery. We are looking for you as a motivated personality to support our team for a duration of 2 years.

As Officer Customer Service, you will be in charge of all order-related activities and the main contact for customers managing day-to-day order enquiries.
In close cooperation with Account Managers and Supply Chain colleagues you will ensure a seamless order-flow.
You will provide relevant information for the dispatch and fulfillment regarding batch identification, export management, shipping documents as well as transport organization.
Based on Non-Conformance-Management (NCM) cases or business decisions you will issue credit as well as debit notes for customers and you will be responsible for NCM according to business units guidelines.
Furthermore, you will gather relevant masterdata and you will contribute to data quality by reviewing relevant information of the order management on a regular basis.

QUALIFICATIONS

completed apprenticeship in a business field or completed bachelor’s degree in Economics and at least two years of working experience preferably in Customer Service
knowledge about Supply Chain Processes as well as customer management
experienced with MS Office and IT standard applications e.g. SAP R/3 (Module SD)
very good German, English and Spanish skills
ability to work under pressure and joy to work in a team and to promote innovative ideas
