Are you looking to broaden your hospitality experiences outside of traditional hotels? Interested in a high impact role managing the premium facility services of an international company in the tech-industry?

Then the position of Workplace Manager is made for you! HBC Service manages the extensive facility services at the high-end offices of an international tech-company with over 1000 employees at the Alexanderplatz in Berlin.

Take the lead of our team of 10-15 heroes with the aim of ensuring 5-Star service-levels throughout the operation, including front office, meetings & events and food & beverage services.

Aufgaben

  • Teamlead of more than 10 people
  • Plan and manage client events and requests
  • Conduct quality audits, identifying improvement points and implementing action plans
  • Main point of contact for our clients, hold regular meetings to ensure client satisfaction at all times
  • Manage internal logistics, inventory and purchasing procedures
  • Improve and develop operational processes
  • Manage shift schedules, hiring processes and new joiner training
Qualifikation

  • Great problem solving skills and a detail-oriented work approach
  • Excellent communication skills (Fluent English and good German skills, verbal and written)
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Hospitality mindset (“Customer first” attitude; Going the extra mile)
  • Ability to critically analyse operational processes and implement improvements
  • Minimum three years working experience in upscale hospitality or office establishments (Experience in Front Office and/or Events/F&B operations is preferred)
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Graduates from Hospitality/Facility Management course preferred
