As entrepreneurial innovation hubs, the TUM Venture Labs advance technology-based spin-offs at the intersection of engineering, natural and life sciences, AI/IT and medicine in a unique way. They support entrepreneurial talents in spin-offs around key innovation areas - and offer founders an entire ecosystem to scale their business.
Your mission

• Strategize – build a communication strategy and define scalable marketing concepts for the TUM Venture Lab initiative in close collaboration with our partners TUM and UnternehmerTUM
• Promote – lead marketing activities in the online and offline world to increase outreach and visibility of the TUM Venture Labs
• Show presence – Prepare and be present at key events where the Venture Labs are represented
• Steer – develop and establish the right tools and metrics to help evaluate our marketing efforts and improve future campaigns
• Collaborate with the ecosystem– Align closely with TUM, UnternehmerTUM as well as other project partners to find the best way to utilize our strong partner brands.
• Engage the community – Help us build a vibrant community with our talents, startups, scientific and corporate partners
• Develop marketing material – design and build the right marketing materials to reach our target audience (founders, scientists, students) effectively (with support from our experts)

Your profile

• Master’s degree in business or a marketing related field
• Experience in (digital) marketing, preferably also in marketing automation and lead management
• A self-driven personality who requires little direction but asks for help where needed
• You go the extra mile to get ideas, find solutions, showing proactivity and ability to work independently if needed
• A growth-hacking mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
• Highly collaborative work approach feeling comfortable to communicate across team barriers and hierarchies
