We are looking for an awesome Marketing Leader (f/m/d) - Ultrasound Lifecycle Solutions to own the strategy and execution of Omnichannel lifecycle marketing initiatives, ranging from first click to register in loyalty clubs after purchase and offerings on Services, Care & Hygiene, Evolution (U&O), Support, Education, Security, Patient Report Management, Fleet Performance Management up to renewal of the Ultrasound system towards the end of the lifecycle.

With a clear focus on instilling loyalty and increasing revenue per Ultrasound socket within our ever-growing customer base.

Our ideal candidate will have no problem rolling up his/her sleeves and working directly with customers to understand the wants and needs of the market, while ensuring that relevant programs are being created for all stages of the customer journey.

The Marketing Leader - Ultrasound Lifecycle Solutions is reporting solid line to the Marketing Manager Ultrasound of the Zone and dotted line to the Marketing Manager Ultrasound Lifecycle Solutions EMEA.

The role is homebased and can be done out of any location in Germany, Austria or Switzerland!

Your role & responsibility

  • Ensure/Improve customer installed base data quality and contact data governance.
  • Data analysis, connecting & enhancing existing data / sources across various platforms and systems.
  • Driving optimization of data handling with IT department and MarCom
  • Manage Loyalty Program activation through Loyalty Clubs; automated customer registration, automated lifecycle communication, orchestrating local language content (trainings, webinars, benefits) on Loyalty Clubs
  • Manage lifecycle communication using all appropriate channels (Email, Virtual Sales reps, Loyalty Clubs platforms…) to promote Services, Solutions and Renewal of systems to customer contact
  • Define and implement installed base marketing/sales campaigns based on solid customer IB data
  • Generate demand in assigning qualified opportunities to established sales channels (direct, indirect, field/service sales, eCommerce)

Requirements

  • Fluent English and German language skills in written and spoken
  • Significant experience in data analytics and customer marketing or comparable customer facing role, preferably at an enterprise technology company.
  • A proven track record of delighting customers and creating successful marketing programs aimed at customers.
  • Strong communication skills without a fear of over communication. This role will require effective collaboration and cross-functional coordination across internal and external contributors.
  • Profound Excel, Salesforce and data base experience
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.

Desirable requirements

  • A passion and strong understanding of developer customer personas and the landscape.
  • Experience in Marketo Marketing Automation platform is a plus
  • Experience in Healthcare / MedTech industry is a plus
