- Provide all necessary support to the relevant Departments (e.g. Product, Design, Communication, PR, CTC, Sales, Legal, Finance) to onboard product collaboration partners contractually and ensure that the contractual rights and obligations are fulfilled.
- Develop and implement new product collaborations and ensure BU needs are met.
- Be the contact point for contractual questions about product collaborations.
- Provide support in defining a strategy for product collaborationsin cooperation with respective BU Teams
- Report success/concerns to BU for future improvements
- Be a contact point regarding product collaboration related issues for all service- and interlinked departments in cooperation with the Senior Manager
- Work in close cooperation with key departments (e.g. Product Marketing, Culture Marketing, CtC Team, Global Communications, PR, Legal, Finance, Design, Sales)
- Coordinate the entire partner onboardingand handle the contractual conversations
- Partner management
- Coordinate the product approval process with the partneraccording to adidas requirements and standards
- Define the seasonal business plan for product collaborations together with key stakeholders (incl. e.g. a product collaboration strategy, retail implementation, DTC, global brand communications concept and B2B)
- Ensure the communication and excecution of product collaboration related rights and obligations within the adidas global organization
- Assist the Culture Collaborations and Partnerships function in administrative tasks
- Represent the adidas brand and the CC&P function at partner events
- Brand image and awareness
- BU Net Sales – Profitability of product collaborations
- Budget compliance
- Contractual rights and obligation management of product collaborations
- Product / Sports /Brand / Cultural Marketing at brand adidas

- Good understanding of relevant internal and external processes

- Very good interpersonal skills
- Project management skills
- Very good negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Fluent in English
- IT skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
- University degree preferably in Marketing & Business Administration or Sport Management
- 3-4 years’ work experience
- Knowledge of the respective lifestyle category and active interest in fashion and streetwear
