Tasks
  • You have in-depth knowledge in the following topics:
  • Digital Recruitment: Recruiting, e-recruiting, importance of social media, legal aspects and limits of digital recruiting
  • Digital Assessment/Performance Management: Performance management and measurement, retention management, potential management, software solutions for personnel development
Requirements
  • You are passionate about Human Resources Skills and teaching.
  • You want to work in an innovative and future oriented company while supporting our students.
  • You have excellent english skills.
  • You have experience in teaching graduate students.
