Phaidon International is growing and we need you to help us get to the next level.

We’re looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Consultantto join our expanding team in Berlin as we launch new offices across Europe. You’ll have the opportunity to drive the high performing sales training, as well as lead the onboarding of all consultants in our Berlin office. Working closely with our other L&D Consultants around the world, you’ll be able to ensure your training is always world class and, with our train the trainer program, you too will never stop learning.

As L&D Consultant at Phaidon International, you will

· partner with and influence senior stakeholders in the business as well as consult with team leads on their strategy to help pitch decisions in line with long-term business objectives

· partner with and influence senior stakeholders in the business as well as consult with team leads on their strategy to help pitch decisions in line with long-term business objectives

· ensure training is in line with both local business strategy, as well as the strategy for the Global Learning and Development team

· perform Training Needs Analysis across the offices and work with key stakeholders for performance uplift and impact

· deliver both remote and classroom training to entry-level and experienced recruitment consultants across our business

· conduct "on the desk" training and coaching support for consultants across all levels of experience

As L&D Consultant, you should have

· training experience or experience in a recruitment or sales role

· effective communication skills, especially when working across multiple functions and office locations

· comfortability in public speaking and presenting in front of a group
